No Rest For The Un-Rested!

I still need to fine tune a preliminary training plan for the next 6-7 weeks but in the meantime I am using my old tried and tested method of 2 days on and 1 day off. Of course the volume needs to increase soon but so far, in these early days, this is good. Except…even on the rest days I seem to be so tired! Of course it may not help that I am up past midnight updating and tuning up this site but I was done in at midday. I suppose i need to get more sleep and drive up metabolism. I’m sure there is plenty of this to come
